SERVICE VISIT
They rip you off and lie to you do not go there not knowing what’s wrong with your car. They lie and tell you diagnostic services come out of actual services done to the car do not be tricked do not ge knowing what’s wrong with your car. They lie and tell you diagnostic services come out of actual services done to the car do not be tricked do not get diagnostic on you car just ask for an inspection they will charge you 400 dollars in diagnostic fees and not use it towards transmission service fee they are liars and cheats and will steal your money and lie to you! Beware of these people at this Honda service center mud flock and melisa maylisa what ever her name she’s the worst one. More

SERVICE VISIT
Im currently having an issue with motor world and this employee I feel ripped off and lied to. I went in with a noise and a jerk I asked for inspection she said it’s 160 for a diagnostic then i was alrdy employee I feel ripped off and lied to. I went in with a noise and a jerk I asked for inspection she said it’s 160 for a diagnostic then i was alrdy confused so ur they are gona charge me to tell me what’s wrong with it? Anyways she said diagnostics charges will come off if you do any other service with us which makes sense they don’t want to look at cars for free that makes sense but I then did a transmission service 250 and my bill is 600 …. She charged me 350 dollars to look at the car and 250 for the service after saying it would be subtracted from service. More

They didn’t contact me I contacted them they reaffirmed the bogus charges and the lies. The guy said the Micanic was on my car for 3 hours he didn’t say they did an update on my car that’s standard procedure that’s free at any Honda dealer ship and decided to charge me for the diagnostic to cover the time to do the update instead of taking the transmission service charge out of the second diagnostic like originally agreed upon just lying and charging me an outrageous amount of money for literally a walk around inspection and a free update. It’s a greedy dealership that steal and lie to customers for few hundred dollars. I asked that mud fellow how he sleeps a night he said like a baby and no one else complains so I’m guessing you only lie and cheat black people out of money at this dealership because no one else is complaining about be charged 600 dollars to look at a car and do nothing.

I had two kids in here with me who were getting impatient and rowdy. JD kindly came up to me and offered us drinks and snacks. He laughed with me and took some of the pressure off of me knowing I was stresse and rowdy. JD kindly came up to me and offered us drinks and snacks.
